On average, we ingest about 5 grams of plastic each week, which is equivalent to the weight of a credit card! A study by the Australian WWF even shows that we consume 100,000 microplastic particles every year. Do we really want it?

Even though our straws are 100% edible, we use rice and tapioca to make them. Raw materials that are not normally used for human consumption.
