Why Paper Straws Aren’t the Best Choice

Paper Straws: A Supposedly Eco-Friendly Choice

This feature has made them popular in cafes, restaurants, and even major chains like Starbucks. However, while the idea behind paper straws is commendable, there are practical problems that make them less ideal than they might seem.

A significant advantage of rice straws is that they are made from natural, edible materials and do not contain harmful chemicals like PFAS.
